Ridley Randolph is a writer and producer from Nashville, Tennessee. After working full-time at her family’s catfish restaurant since she was 9, Ridley escaped the South for a film and television career in New York. Her work explores the intersection of romance and identity, often within the context of queerness.

Ridley is currently working as a Script Coordinator on Season 52 of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, after working as a General Production and Script Intern for Season 51. She also worked as a PA on GROWN UPS 3 (Netflix) and has previously interned for the Cannes Film Festival. A proud graduate of Columbia University’s Screenwriting MFA Program, her queer romantic comedy pilot, ORIENTATION, won the Amy Higgins & Matthew Watts Teleplay Award at the Columbia University Film Festival. Before becoming a total film and TV nerd, Ridley won first prize at the Wilco Rodeo’s Youth Mutton Busting competition in the 1st grade.
